Our deepest desire is for our students to know and love God. We want them to live their lives according to who He says they are: beloved, forgiven, free, adopted into God’s family, co-heirs and co-laborers with Christ, set-apart, wonderfully made. He declares us righteous. He says we are never alone, we hold a secure future with a guaranteed victory. Our identity is found in Jesus Christ.
Village Christian Academy is committed to challenging our students to grow in their faith and in Christ-like character. VCA aims to challenge spiritual growth through the Power of Prayer, small group Bible study, Incorporating our Core Values, Weekly Worship Assemblies, and Mentoring Teachers who demonstrate and encourage Christ-like Character.
Worship Assemblies
Our Assembly program provides students with opportunities for praise and worship through a variety of creative expressions while learning about the importance of having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Spiritual growth is then cultivated both intellectually and emotionally through ongoing application of biblical principles in the classroom and at home.
Elementary Assembly Program
Elementary students gather two mornings a week for a time of worship and teaching. During this time, students lead singing and dancing, and learn more about the month’s core value, foundational, biblical truths, and scripture memory.
Middle and High Assembly Program
Middle and high school students gather two mornings a week and connect with one another playing community-building games, participating in worship, learning and discussing the monthly core value and foundational biblical truths and scripture memory.
